Rules: To be eligible, guest must be an Épique Rewards Club member and actively playing a slots machine with their Rewards Club card at the time of the drawing. Each half hour one guest will be chosen and their name announced. To claim a prize, the selected guest must be present with a valid, physical, photo ID and Rewards Club card within five (5) minutes of the announcement. If prize is not claimed, it will be forfeited. Guests may win only once each date. A 1099 form is required when a guest has won/received drawing prize(s) totaling an accumulative value of $600.00 or more, within a calendar year. All promotions are subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of management.
