Rules: To be eligible, guest must be an Épique Rewards member and actively playing a slots machine with their card at the time of the drwing. Drawings will be random during the timeframe with one guest chosen and their name annonced. To claim a prize, the selected guest must be present with a valid, physical, photo ID and Épique Rewards card within five (5) minutes of the announcement. If prize is not claimed, we will draw until all prizes have been awarded. 20 prizes will be awarded. Guest may win once during the promotion. A 1099 form is required when a guest has won/received drawing prize(s) totaling an accumulative value of $600.00 or more within a calendar year. All promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice at the discretion of management

DISC'O Rules: Each qualified guest will drop a disc into the DISC’O board to determine if they qualify to spin the Cash Prize Wheel. If a disc should pass through without landing and remaining in a defined prize area, the guest will be asked to re-drop the disc.

Cash Prize Wheel Rules: Cash Prize Wheel is to be turned clockwise and must make at least one complete revolution to qualify as an acceptable spin. Any turn not completing a full revolution of the Cash Prize Wheel, will be required to re-spin. If the “flipper” remains elevated or does not definitively identify a prize, a re-spin will be required. If any other unforeseen issue should arise during the spinning of the Cash Prize Wheel, a re-spin will be required.
