Rules: To be eligible, guest must be an Épique Rewards member and actively playing a slots machine at the time of the drawing. To claim a prize, the selected guest must be present with a valid, physical, photo ID and Rewards card within five (5) minutes of the announcement. If prize is not claimed, we will draw until all prizes have been awarded. Guest may only win once per date. A 1099 form is required when a guest has won/received drawing prize(s) totaling an accumulative value of $600.00 or more, within a calendar year.
